- Opened Products: For opened or partially assembled systems, we offer refunds minus a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price, provided the system has not been installed or significantly used.
Returns and Exchanges:
- If the hydroponics system is defective or missing parts, please contact us immediately for an exchange or replacement. We will dispatch a technician or send the missing parts at no additional cost.
Setup and Installation Services:
- Our hydroponics systems come with a detailed instruction manual to help you with setup. If you require assistance from our grounds team, they are available at an additional cost.
- Refunds for the system will not cover service fees if installation by our grounds team has already begun.
2. Drip Irrigation Systems
Refund Policy:
- Pre-Installation Refunds: If you have purchased a drip irrigation system but no installation has begun, you may request a full refund within 14 days.
- Installed Systems: Once the system has been installed on your property, refunds are not available. We recommend discussing your specific needs with our agronomist prior to purchase to ensure the system is suitable.
Returns and Repairs:
- We offer a one-year warranty on all drip irrigation systems. If any components malfunction within this period, we will repair or replace the defective parts at no extra cost.
- For systems installed by our grounds team, we guarantee the quality of the installation. If there are any issues related to incorrect installation, we will send our team to address them free of charge.
3. Greenhouse Farming Setup
Refund Policy:
- Before Groundwork Begins: If you cancel your greenhouse setup project before any groundwork or installation has started, you are entitled to a full refund.
- After Groundwork Has Started: If the project is canceled after groundwork has begun, refunds are no longer available, as the setup involves significant labor, materials, and planning.
Modifications and Adjustments:
- Our agronomist and grounds team will conduct a site visit to evaluate the setup requirements and customize your greenhouse project. We recommend finalizing all details prior to the start of the setup to avoid additional charges for modifications.
Post-Installation Support:
- After the greenhouse has been set up, we offer 30 days of free support for any issues related to the structure or installation. Beyond that, you can request follow-up visits from our grounds team at an additional cost.
General Conditions for All Categories
- Farm Visits: Our agronomist and grounds team are available for farm visits before, during, and after installation to ensure optimal setup and usage of your systems. These services may incur additional costs.
- Instruction Manuals: Hydroponics systems come with detailed instruction manuals, allowing you to set them up independently. However, should you need expert assistance, our groundsmen are always ready to help.
- Damaged Items During Shipping: If any item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as needed, and our team will inspect the setup to ensure proper function.
